Kassidy makes a pie...

My daughter Kassidy loves to cook and especially she loves to bake. One day when she was spending the day at grandma & grandpa's house...

Grandma decided to teach her how to make a pie.

This is my other mother...Mr. Honey's Mom. She is a dear gentle lady and truly is my other mother.... and has been for 29 years now!

I am so blessed to have her in my life.

I'm so grateful to her for raising such a wonderful son...my Mr. Honey.
She and Grandpa raised 5 wonderful boys....Mr. Honey is the youngest.

She is a fabulous cook and is especially known for her delicious pies. She wants to pass the tradition on to Kass.

They are making Kassidy's daddy his favorite pie.

Grandpa took pictures and cheered Kassidy on.

Grandma teaches Kass how to flute the edges with her fingers for a beautiful crust.

Kassidy enjoyed every minute of thier lesson and remembered every detail of what Grandma taught her....enough to make pie on her own when she got home.

He's a proud Grandpa...he wants Kassidy to grow up to make pies just like Grandma...
